Kindly refer to our previous cpgram registration no CBOEC/E/2024/0007126 where the concerned competent authority has responded with remark " It is to inform that SCN No. 13/GST/2022-23 dated 30.06.2022 in respect of M/s Kamala Press Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN: 09AAECK9119R1ZP) has already been adjudicated vide OIO No. VNS-EXCUS-000-ADC/JC-01/2024-25 dated 13.05.2024 and the original copy of OIO has been dispatched to the noticee through post. Further, DRC-07 has also been uploaded on the GST portal. You are neither a noticee nor a co-noticee in the above mentioned SCN. Moreover, since the matter is sub-judice and pending in appeal. Hence, the copy of O-I-O cannot be provided to you. Please advise what is the prescribed time limit for the decision for appeal and issue O-I-A as per SOP of CBIC as per relevant statute.

  Further, In the another CPGRAM Registration CBOEC/E/2025/0000518 dated 24-01-2025, it is to inform that SCN No. 17/GST/2023-24 is Already adjudicated on dated 15-01-2025 and request you please provide the order no of  O-I-O issued by the competent adjudication authority. Request you If Possible please provide the both copy of O-I-O so we can know the amount after adjudication.

Hope you will provide the order no of O-I-O and amount on both SCN furthermore, the prescribed time of O-I-A as per SOP of CBIC in the relevant statute., rather than divert to the query. Hope the justice from you else rest up to you.
