Dear mam,
I am 75 years old proprietor of company sahu industries,In 30 years of journey I had worked with SAIL,NTPC,Vizag STEEL PLANT AND TATA. Now I am old and want to give my company to my son so that he can run my company in future.We are facing the issue in GST number.when I transfer my company to him the GSt number will be change as both the PAn Are different.
The issue is if GST number changes then the credentials such purchase order and vendor code of reputed also be change and all the previous purchases order that I have earned in last 30 years have no value.

I request my honerbal finance minster pl make a solution that after a proprietor died or retired he can give his company to another with same GSt number (in proprietor firm)
My proprietor will be invalid after my death.My son have to start again.My 30 years work will be in vein
